W9D2 5-10K

Today’s run was pretty great. Ran the first mile in 11 minutes then slowed the pace for the remaining 19 minutes of the run. We’ve been making Whole Foods our post-run pit stop lately. Fresh pineapple and probiotic smoothie to recover. Yum.

We are halfway through our 30 Day Challenges as of today. Feeling sore throughout my core.
