Limited time today since Keri and I made plans to drive to Eggie’s for a visit. We opted to run to the Zip car pickup spot across the river by the Eastside Market. 22 minute run total. I wasn’t fully recovered from yesterday’s run so I wasn’t fast at all. Rest tomorrow then our 55 minute run on Sunday.
