Running is starting to feel much easier. It’s definitely a workout but I don’t physically feel like I’m struggling. Mentally all I wanted was to climb back in bed and sleep. We woke up at the crack of dawn so we could get out of the house by 6:15 to run and be back home by 7. That left us plenty of time to get breakfast at the Bridgeside Diner down the hill before Keri had to bike to work. It felt strange to start in the dark and end in the light. In the rain too. We ran roughly the same distance as the last run and got hit by a quick downpour right at the end.
