Another run complete! We decided to just continue the program instead of repeating week 5. To make it easier on us we ran slow today which accounts for the shorter distance. It was still a great run. Got back just in time for Keri to head off to yoga too.  Next run is on Thursday and then we have our longest run yet coming up on Saturday. That one is for 50 minutes!
