As of today we are now halfway through the C25K program. Sweet! Rest day tomorrow and the first long run on Monday morning. I feel like we’re ready for it. Today’s runs were 8 minutes long each and not too much trouble really. We ended the second run on that uphill again, sweat-soaked and slightly euphoric.
Today also marks one whole month alcohol free. As part of my new life changes I’ve decided to lay off the alcohol for a while. Perhaps for good. I’m feeling much more focused and clear-headed these days.
