Completed the fourth week of training this morning. We were a little slower paced today but still ended the run at the same distance as week 4 day one. Not too bad. Tomorrow is a well deserved rest day and then we’re on to week 5. Only two more interval days until the 20 minute non-stop day. Yikes. I’m half looking forward to it and half not. Actually, we’ve been looking forward to each run day since it feels great afterwards. It’s the getting up early and actually getting out of the house that sucks.

Did my rows and weights today too. Switched up the weight routine a bit for a better workout.  As of this morning I’m down to 201.2 pounds.
