Another day complete! I plotted out a new route so we could get a better idea of how we’re doing compared to an actual 5K. Today we made it to roughly 3.22km if you count the beginning warm-up and ending cool-down walks. The run intervals were 3 and 5 minutes in length. Definitely slowed down by the last run but I calculated that we’re now able to run one half mile in 5 minutes. That’s amazing progress. Just three weeks ago I could barely run down the block.  Feeling great!
