Today’s run was surprisingly easy. Keri and I have gotten to the point where we can hold a conversation during our fast walks and today we missed the cue for the second to last run. This meant turning the last walk before the last run into a run to catch up. So we ended up running 4 and a half minutes non-stop and partly uphill. Whew! I feel like my running form is starting to work better. Not nearly as stiff as week one. I think the added rowing, weights, and calisthenics are helping a ton. Only 5 more actual run days before we hit the halfway point of the program. Sweet!!!
