Focused. I feel more focused these days. It helps that I have this c25k goal. Today we completed week 2. I felt stiff and slow but was able to power my way through. The second to last run always seems to fall right at the beginning of a hill. Whew. We’ll be taking a couple days off to rest and recover.

I’m now up to a solid 20 minutes of rowing time a day. At first I could only do about 4 minutes at a time. Today I reached 20 without stopping. My goal is 30. If it weren’t so monotonous I would try for 60. Ha.
