We had planned to run to the garden this morning since today was a garden work day but time was tight and we needed to be there by 10 at the latest. To make sure we had enough energy to work we had a hearty breakfast of homemade crockpot baked beans and overeasy eggs on toast with some coffee. Yum.

Tonight’s steady run was awesome. It was a 35 minute run meant to build up endurance. We ran a course that sort of followed our route to Keri’s yoga studio and ended just past the bakery on Taunton Avenue. After a minute of cool down walking we popped in for some pastries. After a full day of gardening, biking, and now running we had a huge surplus of calories to consume. Oh boy!
