Building muscle! We took two rest days so Keri could recover a bit from a strained knee and today we completed Day 2 of Week 2 with no problems. Feeling great. I’m down another pound and a half too which brings me to 206. I’m back to my pre-Summer weight.
Keri did her yoga class this morning and while she was gone I did my rowing workout and weights. My goal, other than losing weight, is to get a lean muscular physique that’s ideal for running. Basically my early 20’s body shape. It’s going to be a lot of work but I can do it!
