So… we decided to run again today. No set time but we did want to run all the way to Coffee Exchange on Wickenden. It actually took us exactly 35 minutes to run the whole way which is 1/4 of a kilometer more than yesterday’s 35 minute run. Woot! Rest day tomorrow for sure but I may do my row workout.
