According to the app I use to map my runs, I have now run more than 100 miles when you combine the last 30 or so workouts. This is pretty great. I wish I had logged some of the previous runs with the app so I could have the actual total.

Tonight’s run was actually a two part run. Originally I had planned to end my run at the grocery store. By the time I arrived at that endpoint, I realized that Keri would be getting out of yoga in a matter of minutes so I got the groceries and ran with them to the yoga studio. Keri biked them home, and I continued my run ending a couple blocks away from the house. I’m definitely feeling it in my legs now.
