W8D3 5-10K

Keep running and you’ll continue to improve. We finished c25k on October 24th and immediately started this 5-10k program. We have one week left then will attempt a 10k in however long it takes us. Today we did our longest run ever. 60 minutes. 60. Minutes. We were actually supposed to do this run on Saturday but my left leg was hurting too much and we only ran a short 2 mile run. Today I had no trouble. We actually beat our W8D2 in pace. Sweet!

We’re also up to 8 pushups and 60 second Planks.
