photo (4)Week 3 done!!!! One third the way through the program now. Still running slow but able to get through each interval with no troubles. Tomorrow is a day of rest and then we start week 4 with 3 minute and 5 minute run intervals. Longer run times ahead. 5 training days from now we’ll be doing the first 20 minute run. Not really looking forward to that!
