Ingredients

1 cup quinoa, rinsed
2 cups water
1 cup lentils
1/2 cup chopped parsley
3 green onions chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Feta Cheese crumbles
Hot sauce

Instructions

Boil lentils in pot of water until tender. About 20 minutes.
